Step 1: Sign In to Your Dashboard

Navigate to lynkb.ee/dashboard and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Explore Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows:
  • Total Links: Number of URLs you’ve shortened
  • Clicks Today: Real-time click count
  • Active Campaigns: Ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Tokens: How many tokens you have
  • Graphs: Click and bot traffic trends
  • Fraud Alerts: Suspicious activity notifications

Click 'Create Link'

Click the “Create Link” button in the top navigation

Enter Your URL

Paste the long URL you want to shorten

Customize (Optional)

Add a custom alias, campaign name, and tags for organization

Create

Click “Create” and your short URL is ready to share
Copy your new short URL and share it anywhere:
  • Social media posts
  • Email campaigns
  • QR codes
  • Advertisements
  • Messages
The analytics start collecting data immediately.

Step 5: Monitor Performance

Your link will appear in the All links tab under Links. Click on any link to view:
  • Total clicks
  • Geographic data
  • Device information
  • Bot traffic percentage
  • Referrer information

Understanding Your Tokens

Lynkbee uses a token system:
  • Monthly Allocation: Your monthly token limit (shown on dashboard)
  • Token Usage: Each link creation/token depleting action consumes tokens
  • Upgrade: Click on billing & invoices (left bar) to upgrade or buy more tokens to increase your limit
Monitor your token usage to ensure you don’t exceed your monthly allocation. Upgrade your plan if you need more capacity.

Common Tasks

Click any link in the “All Links” section to see detailed analytics. Click any link in the “All Links” section to modify its destination or settings. Click any link in the “All Links” section to remove a link (you can always recreate it).

Create a Campaign

When creating links, assign them to a campaign for better organization.

Export Analytics

Visit the Reports section to export click data and analytics as CSV/PDF.
